At Prime Property Agents, the heart of our Real Estate business is our Property Management Division, with a rent roll that has been 15 years in the making. We have created a formula of how we can best service our clients, creating and maintaining personal contact and points of interest, with consideration to the professional relationship. With extensive input from our established and satisfied client base, we have refined this formula to create a unique approach to Property Management.

As people are becoming increasingly time poor, at Prime Property Agents we have found that our Landlords and Tenants still enjoy a high level of personal customer service. In listening to both Landlords and Tenants and treating each with the utmost respect, as well as offering a range of electronic based communications, we ensure that the equilibrium is kept well-balanced.

Qualifying Tenants:
Prime Property Agents seeks references of many kinds from both verbal and written sources. We also research our prospective Tenants using various national online databases to assess their suitability as Tenants. We also take time to meet and talk with prospective Tenants to provide a well-rounded picture to our Landlords as to the kind of Tenant applying for their property. This personal touch can often be the pivotal piece of information needed for our Landlords to make a decision on a good quality, long term and respectful Tenant.

Payment Options:
At Prime Property Agents, we provide our Tenants with electronic rental payment options including direct deposit, periodic payments and internet banking payments. We account to our Landlords at the end of each month sending rental payments directly to a nominated bank account, and provide the option of emailing the monthly statement as well as posting the original.

Property inspections:
As a part of our personalised service at Prime Property Agents, we regularly inspect the investments of our Landlords on a semi-formal basis in order that the tenants do not feel as though they are being continually bothered by the Landlord or the Agent by the arrangement of formal annual inspections. We carry out inspections with the dual purpose of having to inspect any repair work whilst also checking the condition of the property. We document any problems and support our findings with photographs, and offer our Landlords the option of having both transmitted to them via email. This assists our Landlords in maintaining good tenant relations without being oblivious to the ever-changing condition of the property itself.

Repairs, maintenance + improvements:
At Prime Property Agents, we pride ourselves on our professional expertise in this sector, though we often find that we draw on our personal experiences to provide our Landlords with innovative suggestions and solutions in the field of repairs, maintenance and property renovations. Our loyal and skilled circle of regular contractors are complemented by our access to an online trades database for more specialist services. We request and send quotes, approvals and work orders via both email and fax to ensure that the scope of works is always clear with no room for error.
