Market Opinion:
Prime Property Agents have the skills and the research resources available to provide market opinions based on a range of factors including recent property prices in the local area and the economic climate as of the date of the opinion. Whilst Real Estate Agents cannot provide formal valuations, we apply similar principles to arrive at our opinion in order that we provide accurate and honest information to prospective Vendors without creating a false expectation of a price achievable in the market.
